Building Community by…. BUILDING!

Join us for a holiday service activity with Habitat for Humanity.  The project is an affordable housing condominium development that will enable 36 hardworking families to realize their dream of homeownership.   YOU CAN HELP!  Join us on Saturday, December 22, 8:30 am – 4:15 pm, at 7555 Mission Street in Daly City for a day of work and fellowship. No special skills or experience are required – just the willingness to get your hands (and maybe your clothes) dirty.  SPACE IS LIMITED, and open to all parishioners ages 16 and above. Please call or e-mail Sr. Sharon to reserve your space! (srsharon@stbrendanparish.org)

 St. Brendan is on Facebook!

Check out – and like – our Facebook page!

You can also “check in” with your smart phone – let people know that you practice your faith at St. Brendan Parish!  Look up “St. Brendan Church” and you will see a picture of our parish.  A great way to stay in touch!

Please remember to attach the ornament  to your gift so that they can be distributed properly. This year’s recipients will include the Multi-Service Center Shelter, Laguna Honda Hospital, The SVDP Wellness Center, San Francisco Adult Day Support (a Catholic Charities Program for Seniors with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s),  and Mt. St. Joseph’s/St. Elizabeth’s (young mothers and their babies).

We want to pick your brain!!

St. Brendan Parish is forming several ad hoc planning committees for some strategic brainstorming.  If you have some interest, knowledge and/or experience in:

                    Marketing

                    Communication

                    Social Media

                    Social Work

                    Non-Profit organizations

                   Training

                                                           We want your input!

Inspirational Catholic CDs and Brochures Now Available!!

Inspirational Catholic CDs & Brochures

We are proud to present new titles from Lighthouse Catholic Media. These CDs present a practical and effective program to help Catholics know their faith . . . to keep their faith!   We all live busy, busy lives. Finding the time to learn about our faith can be difficult. But now, we are able to meet you where you are!

Wherever you have a CD player available to you, in the car or at home, you can deepen your understanding and love for the Catholic faith. On the way into church, you will see a stand offering 10   different CDs and four different booklets. These feature some of the most inspiring Catholic speakers -- bishops, priests, deacons and eminent Catholic lay men and women. The CDs and brochures will be available after every Mass. When these are gone -- they're gone.  A new set with different titles and speakers will be ordered. We encourage you to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity... for yourselves and to share with others…friends and family members, Godchildren, college students…
