In the 18th century, a Jesuit missionary

establishes a church in the hostile jungles of Brazil, but finds his work converting the

indigenous Indians threatened by his superiors. Meanwhile, a slave hunter converts and joins

the Father on his mission.

 

ALL SAINTS DAY AT ST. BRENDAN

 

                    Come celebrate the lives of the Saints who have died in the service of our Lord.

The St. Brendan School Third Graders

                                                               will be honoring the Saints .

                                               A reception will follow after the Mass.

Memorial Mass for the

                                             Deceased of the Parish

                   Please join St. Brendan Parish in remembering the souls of

                   parishioners who passed away in the past year.  We will

                   have the Memorial Mass on:

                                             Saturday, November 10, 2012

                                                  10:00 am in the church

                              During the mass, everyone will have the opportunity to bring

                    a flower to the altar to commemorate a loss.

TRAINING FOR LECTORS AND

                                                   EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS

The training for Lectors and Eucharistic Ministers is scheduled

on the following dates:

 

                                       Lector Training: October 13 (Saturday)
                                      Eucharistic Ministers; October 20 (Saturday)
 

                               Both training sessions are from  9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
